Refund Policy

Founding Reader Pre-Orders:

Pre-orders for The Biggest Win are refundable within 14 days of purchase. After 14 days, pre-orders are non-refundable. If the book is not published, a full refund will be issued to all pre-order purchasers.

Digital Products:

All sales of digital downloads are final once the download link has been accessed. If you experience a delivery failure, contact me and I will re-deliver at no cost.

Events and Workshops Cancellations 14 or more days before the event:

full refund.

 

Cancellations fewer than 14 days before the event:

No refund, but your registration may be transferred to another attendee.

Speaking Engagements:

Speaking engagement fees and cancellation terms are governed by the signed agreement between the parties.

How to Request a Refund:

Email contact@joshuaschneeloch.com with your name, purchase date, and reason for your request.

I will respond within 5 business days.
