I grew up in a Catholic orphanage in Germany without a father. Over 35 years, I became a soldier, a model, a broadcast technology executive across Europe, and the founder of White Wing Insurance Solutions, a multi-state insurance distribution and SaaS company built from the ground up on the U.S. West Coast.

In April 2024, a DNA test revealed that my biological father had spent 35 years as an insurance agent in Texas. We had been building the same bridge from opposite ends without knowing it existed.

That discovery became The Biggest Win, a leadership book about identity, faith, and the truth that the person you have been performing is not the complete version of who you have always been.

My mission is personal. I spent the first part of my life proving I could build something out of nothing. I spent the second part discovering that what I built was always pointing toward something I could not yet name.

I exist to help leaders, sales professionals, and people of faith close that gap, between the life they have constructed and the identity they have not yet fully claimed.

Not through motivation. Through truth, story, and the kind of work that actually changes how you lead.

I do not believe people are broken. I believe most high performers are leading from an incomplete version of themselves, one that was built for survival before it was ever built for purpose.

My approach to leadership is rooted in story, faith, and the conviction that the most important work any leader can do is internal. Not instead of the external game, in addition to it.

​

The leaders I respect most are not the ones who built the most. They are the ones who figured out why they were building it. That question drove my life for 55 years. The answer changed everything.
