Founding Reader Pre-Orders Pre-orders for The Biggest Win are refundable within 14 days of purchase. After 14 days, pre-orders are non-refundable. If the book is not published, a full refund will be issued to all pre-order purchasers.
Digital Products All sales of digital downloads are final once the download link has been accessed. If you experience a delivery failure, contact me and I will re-deliver at no cost.
Events and Workshops Cancellations 14 or more days before the event: full refund. Cancellations fewer than 14 days before the event: no refund, but your registration may be transferred to another attendee.
Speaking Engagements Speaking engagement fees and cancellation terms are governed by the signed agreement between the parties.

Where We Ship From: All orders are shipped personally from Manhattan Beach, California.
Processing Time Orders are processed and shipped within 3–5 business days of purchase. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped. Business days do not include weekends or federal holidays.
Domestic Shipping (U.S.) Standard shipping via USPS or UPS. Estimated delivery 5–8 business days after shipment. Expedited shipping is available at checkout, where offered.
International Shipping: International orders ship via USPS First-Class International or Priority Mail International. Estimated delivery 10–21 business days, depending on destination and customs processing. International buyers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees assessed by their country. These charges are not included in the purchase price and are outside our control.
Book Pre-Orders Pre-orders for The Biggest Win will ship on or around the publication date in 2027. You will receive an email update as the ship date approaches. Pre-order customers are first in line.
Damaged or Lost Shipments: If your order arrives damaged or lost, please email contact@joshuaschneeloch.com within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the damage. I will arrange a replacement at no cost. If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received your package, contact me within 10 days, and I will work with the carrier to resolve it.
Order Changes and Cancellations: If you need to change or cancel your order, contact me at contact@joshuaschneeloch.com within 24 hours of purchase. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled or redirected.
